Three major priorities for successful funding outcome.

- Aboriginal participation.
We tick all three above priorities. Also, there is a major push towards food and energy security for North of WA. This project address both and more.
I suggest MWW, Leadal, women resource enter, men’s shed and Fitzroy Valley DHS work together to provide futuristic and dignified employment to our young men and women. Kariyili can be used as a training space for young men and women to be trained in solar energy installation and aquaponics.
In conclusion, I believe that one of the major factors for the social breakdown among our youth is mainly because they see no hope for a better future, as the old saying goes, “An Idle mind is devil’s workshop.” This project can be a game-changer. Fitzroy Valley can become a role model for remote communities. We need to be super optimistic to see the immense opportunities in both social and environmental and economical difficulties.
The first round of the NADP will open 4th November 2021.
